Spanish Oaks one of the oldest HOAs in Las Vegas, is located in the heart of Las Vegas, just off Sahara & Valley View. It is often described as an Oasis in the City as it boasts of mature trees and acres of grass. It is comprised of 385 single family homes with zero lot lines. Some of the amenities include a 24 hour guard gated entrance, a large clubhouse with full service kitchen facilities, six swimming pools, a tennis club with six courts and a Tennis Director who is a teaching tennis professional. The management office is located on-site in the lower portion of the Clubhouse.
